Thank you for visiting our page. Our family has owned a unit at Edgewater Beach Resort since 1986. Talk about a home away from home! We have truly been fortunate to have such a beautiful place to vacation and just in the last couple of years started renting it.

We look forward to sharing what we have enjoyed for so many years!

2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe unit - oceanfront

• Bedroom 1 - King bed with a 32 inch smart tv with private bath

• Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with a 32 inch smart tv

• 2nd bathroom connects to Bedroom 2 as well as separate entrance from hallway

• Queen sleeper sofa in den area. Den, dining and kitchen area are all open concept. Queen sleeper area is not a private area. 

• Den area with beautiful ceiling to floor views of the gulf - 50 inch smart TV, sofa, loveseat and 2 swivel/glider barrel chairs

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Dining area with table for 6 and also bar area with 4 stools for additional seating

• Private balcony 

• Recently renovated with new paint throughout

• Full size washer and dryer in unit

• Pack 'n Play

• Folding beach chairs and umbrella available as well as beach toys for the kiddos. Ask for number of beach chairs available.

reasonable and the fees to a minimum.
